Session history and settings

StillFocus stores session dates, durations, completion information, optional reflections and timer settings on your device. When iCloud is available, session history and timer colors are synchronized through your Apple Account’s private CloudKit database. Apple operates iCloud under its own privacy policies. StillFocus does not require a separate account.

Purchases

Apple processes App Store payments. StillFocus uses verified purchase information to determine access to trial and lifetime features. We do not receive your payment card details.

Support messages

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use this information to respond to your request and resolve issues. Support email is handled through our email service provider and is not part of your private iCloud session history. Please avoid sending sensitive information.

Analytics and advertising

The app does not include advertising or third-party analytics SDKs. We do not sell session history or use reflections to personalize advertising. This support website does not add analytics scripts, advertising trackers or cookies. The hosting provider may process technical request information to deliver and protect the website.

Deletion and retention

You can delete sessions in Records. Deletions sync to your other devices; a deletion marker may remain to prevent the record from returning during sync. Removing the app removes its local app data according to the operating system’s behavior; it does not automatically erase your iCloud data. Contact us for guidance on removing iCloud data or for deletion of support correspondence. Messages may be retained while resolving your request or as required by applicable law.
